MY DISCOUNT CODE IS NOT WORKING?
Due to this being the biggest sale ever that we have offered to you mob, any discount codes that you try to use on sale items will not work. However, gift vouchers will be able to be applied to any sale items and discount codes will still work for full-priced items.
WHY ARE YOU NOT REPLYING?
We understand that you might have a few extra questions, or experience an issue during our sale period which means that you’ll be in contact with our brilliant Customer Support Team… if you don’t receive an immediate response, please be assured that we will be working around the clock to answer your messages and emails as quickly as we can.

SHIPPING TIMES DURING OUR SALE PERIOD
This will be our biggest and busiest period to date! We will be packing your orders around the clock and will need to allow up to 5 business days for your orders to be dispatched.
During this sale period along with the lead up to Christmas, this will be an extremely busy time for us here at the warehouse. Don’t fret, we will be working hard and fast, with the team putting in the extra hours to make sure we get your orders out to you as soon as possible. As usual, you will be notified via email with live updates of your orders shipment progress.
ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IN THE CART?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated once payment has been confirmed.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED DURING THE SALE PERIOD?
Like all our normal sales, unfortunately, you are not able to refund or exchange any items purchased on sale. However, we will be offering store credit for returns, for the value of the item returned. If you do have any questions about sizing or fit take a look at our size chart, otherwise please send us a message.
WHAT IF YOU RUN OUT OF THE ITEM IN MY BUNDLE?
If an item is sold out, we will replace it with a similar item at our discretion.
CAN I STILL USE AFTERPAY AND ZIP PAY?
Yes of course! We will have all our normal payment methods available for you to use. These are American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
CAN I GET THE SALE AT MY LOCAL WHOLESALER?
This Black Friday sale is only available on our online store, however, if you pop into your local wholesaler they may be running their own Black Friday and Christmas deals also.
