NEW WEBSITE NOTICE
We’re excited to share that Ringers Western is moving to a brand-new website very soon, designed to give you a smoother, faster and better shopping experience.
As part of this upgrade, we wanted to let you know about a temporary pause on a couple of features, and most importantly, reassure you that nothing will be lost!
Temporary pause on Loyalty & Gift Cards
For a short period of approximately 8 days, the following will be temporarily switched off while we complete the website transition:
- Loyalty points redemption

Gift card usage
These features will be fully reactivated once the new website is live.
What this means for Loyalty Members

All your loyalty points are completely safe, no points will expire or be removed.

If you make a purchase while loyalty is paused, any points earned during this time will be manually reimbursed to your account once the system is back online.

NEW: Once we’re live, loyalty points will also be redeemable in-store, not just online.
What this means for Gift Card holders

All existing gift cards will be fully reissued with a brand-new gift card code.

You’ll receive your new code via email, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

Your gift card balance will remain exactly the same, only the redeemable code itself will change.
