Orders are shipped on business days (excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you can track your order using the provided tracking number via Australia Post. During sales, please allow an extra 10 business days for dispatch. While we take care with packaging, if a domestic courier confirms your parcel is lost or damaged, we’ll assist where possible. However, without Express Shipping with Insurance, we cannot replace or refund the order —contact the courier directly for compensation in most cases.

Full-priced items can be returned within 20 days for a refund, exchange, or gift card if unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and purchased from our website or Helensvale store. Sale items (30% off or less) are eligible for exchange or gift card only, while clearance (40%+ off) is final sale. Exclusions apply (e.g., underwear, swimwear without hygiene tags, gift cards). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty. Second returns require customer-paid shipping. Sale/promotional exchanges incur a $10 return fee. Pre-paid post bags are not accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Outside the 20-day window, returns are only accepted for faulty items under ACCC guidelines.
