Sale items (30% off or less) are eligible for exchange or gift card only, while clearance (50%+ off) is final sale. Exclusions apply (e.g., underwear, swimwear without hygiene tags, gift cards). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty. Second returns require customer-paid shipping. Sale/promotional exchanges incur a $10 return fee. Pre-paid post bags are not accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Outside the 20-day window, returns are only accepted for faulty items under ACCC guidelines.
