How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from our warehouse. Once shipped, please allow:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (Australia-wide)
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (Australia-wide)

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase. Here’s a quick overview of our return options:
- Full-priced items: Return within 20 days for a refund, exchange, or gift card (excludes postage). Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
- Sale items (under 50% off): Eligible for exchange or gift card only.
- Clearance items (50% off or more), underwear, and gift cards: Final sale – not eligible for return.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
