How do we start an embellishment order?

Before following the instructions below, we would suggest sending us an email at uniforms@ringerswestern.com if you were after a personalized quote for your logo or if you have any further questions.

When you are ready to go ahead, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the items on the website you were wanting to embroider on.
2. Once you have added all items to the cart, proceed to the check out page and input your details into the information section - this will be the same account you will use for all future orders.
3. Proceed to shipping and apply the code "EMBROIDERY" into the discount code section of the checkout. This will update the shipping options to “Requires Embroidery” which will prevent our warehouse team from sending out your items.
4. Contiue to payment and review the items in your order and process payment for the garments.
5. Once the order has been placed, we will reach out to you to confirm the logo and placements and get the ball rolling!

What & where can we embroider?
We can embroider most of our garments!

If you have a preference of where you would like the logo or text, we can always confirm placement before proceeding. Alternatively, we can also suggest placements.

The only limitations where we are unable to embroider is listed below:

• On the pocket - if we embroider on the pocket, the stitches will sew the pocket shut.
• Thick fabric - If the fabric is too thick our embroidery frames may not be able to hold the garment in place. We can always recommend alternative printing styles and placements if required.
• Small garments - We do require enough space for our embroidery frames to fit on the garment with enough space for the machines to process your logo.
• Near zippers or a thick seam - again, our frames will not be able to hold the garment in place when embroidering
  
  In the event we cannot embroider on the prefered place, we can also suggest heat sealing the logo as there are less limitations.

When providing your logo to us, we would prefer the logo in either PDF or EPS or AI format. This is to ensure that we can digitise the logo at the highest quality to retain the finer details in your logo.

If you would like us to design a logo, our team can also provide this service at an additional cost of $45 excl. GST per hour.

Before we embroider on the shirts, we can also provide a layout of the size and placement of the shirts for approval. This service is included in the digitizing fee.

All embroidered logos are quoted per logo based on the amount of stitches in the logo. Factors such as detail in the logo, size, placement and the garment the logo is applied on can affect the cost.

Embroidery costs start from $7.50 excl. GST per logo and for names, the cost is $6 excl. GST per name.

All heat seal logos are quoted on size and costs starts from $4.50 excl. GST.

For all new logos, a set up fee of $88 will be invoiced to the order so our team can digitize your logo into a workable embroidery file.

Don't have a logo yet? We can also help you design a logo! The price to design a logo based on your requirements is $45 excl. GST per hour. Just let us know what the general idea of what you would like to include in the logo and leave the rest up to us!

For new logos and designs, we are estimating up to a 15 business day turnaround time after payment is processed. This will accomodate for samples and ammendments to the logo.

If you require an urgent order, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.
