Use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your head about 1cm above your eyebrows and ears, where the hat will sit. Take the measurement in cm's and compare it to the size chart. If you are between sizes opt for the larger size. Tip: For the most accurate measurement it is best to get someone else to take this measurement for you.
How should my hat feel?
A correctly fitting western hat should feel snug but not tight. It should sit comfortably on your head without sliding when you move, but should not cause any pressure points.
How do I clean my western hat?
We generally recommend gentle spot cleaning on out hats - to do this we suggest using a damp cloth. Debris can also be removed using a dedicated soft bristled hat brush. For cleaning instructions for particular styles please contact our customer service department.
What does the 'X' mean in some of the hat names?
he X system refers to how much premium fur is used in hats (eg. beaver). The higher number before the X, the higher the quality.
