We’re looking for fun, energetic and genuinely awesome people to join our Ringers Western retail teams across the Christmas trading period.

This isn’t your average Christmas job. You’ll be helping customers find the perfect gifts, keeping the store looking sharp, smashing sales and bringing the Ringers Western spirit to every customer who walks through the door.
And yes... there will be Christmas chaos.
We need people who are ready to WRANGLE IT!
About The Role
As a Christmas Casual, you’ll be right in the middle of our busiest and most exciting time of the year.
You’ll help create an awesome customer experience, support your team on the shop floor and keep things moving when the store is firing.
You’ll be:
- Welcoming customers with a big smile, great energy and genuine service
- Helping customers find the perfect Christmas gifts
- Getting stuck into sales and helping us hit our store targets
- Learning our products and becoming a Ringers Western product guru
- Recommending products and building those all-important baskets
- Keeping the shop floor looking sharp and fully stocked
- Unpacking, replenishing and organising stock
- Helping with Christmas deliveries, stock and the inevitable Christmas rush
- Supporting your teammates and jumping in wherever you’re needed
- Creating an experience that makes customers want to come back
- Representing the Ringers Western brand with pride
About You
We’re looking for people with PERSONALITY!
You’ll be naturally positive, bubbly and enthusiastic. You’ll enjoy talking to people, love being part of a team and won’t be afraid to get stuck in when things get busy.
You’ll bring:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is great, but personality and attitude are more important to us
AVAILABILITY IS IMPORTANT!
Christmas retail is BUSY — and we need people who are ready to be part of it.
To be considered for a Christmas Casual position, you must have:
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week
- Availability that includes at least one weekend day
- Availability across the key Christmas trading period of November – January
- Availability for Black Friday & the Christmas and Boxing Day trading period — this is a MUST
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak trading periods
