Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days (excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you can track your order using the provided tracking number via Australia Post. During sales, please allow an extra 10 business days for dispatch. While we take care with packaging, if a domestic courier confirms your parcel is lost or damaged, we’ll assist where possible. However, without purchasing Shipping Guarantee with your order, we cannot replace or refund the order —contact the courier directly for compensation in most cases.
Returns
You can return full-priced items within 20 days for a refund, exchange or store credit if they’re unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Items purchased on sale, promotion, or special offer (less than 50% off) can be exchanged or returned within 20 days for store credit, provided they meet the same conditions as above. Clearance items (50% off or greater) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Boots and hats must be returned in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, and all returns must be lodged through our online Returns Portal. Holiday purchases from 1 November qualify for extended returns until the end of January. Standard return conditions apply; items that do not meet them will be rejected. Sale/promotional exchanges incur a $10 return fee. Pre-paid post bags are not accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Outside the 20-day window, returns are only accepted for faulty items under ACCC guidelines.
