All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 1300 (AEST) will be shipped out the same day (MON-FRI).
All orders are shipped via Australia Parcel Post from our Warehouse on the Gold Coast, QLD.
Each order receives a tracking number via Australia Post upon your order being dispatched. Input of your email during the checkout process is required to send your tracking number.

Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Ringers Western will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.
Delivery times are dependent on our third party suppliers, Australia Post. Factors outside of Ringers Western's control include, but are not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances - these may cause delays on expected delivery times.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
All Akubras must not be worn and should not show any sign of use. Akubras that have signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted for return.
Note if you would like to exchange your hat size via our online store, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred. ( Exchanges are limited to once per transaction).
