Can I edit my order once it's been placed?

Once that wagon’s rollin’, we can’t turn it around. No edits during the sale, partner!

When will my order be shipped?

Our crew’s hustlin’ hard! You’ll get a confirmation once it’s packed. Give it up to 5 biz days for standard or 2 for express shipping. So sit tight!

When will my order arrive / how do I track it?

As soon as it ships, we’ll send you a link to track it through Aus Post. Once it's in their saddlebag, it’s on the way!

Are the online sale prices available in stores?

You betcha! The sale is on in our Ringers Western stores (just not at our stockists).

Keep in mind, stock will vary from store to store, so they might not have every single style you see online. Best to give your local Ringers Western store a call to find out what they've got on the shelves.

What’s the return policy? Can I return or exchange?

Anything 50% off or more is final sale — no takesies backsies. Less than 50% off? That falls under our usual return policy.

Can I use discount codes during the sale?

Nope, sorry. No stackin’ deals. Sale prices ride solo.

Can I use loyalty points on Black Friday sale items?
