A New Opportunity
If you've been following Ringers Western for a while, you probably already know our story. But if you're new around here, it's pretty simple: it started with a campfire, some ripped work clothes, and a few close family members who decided not only to make their own clothes but to give the fashion business a red-hot go in the process.
With new stores opening across Australia, we are expanding faster than ever, and we are looking for the best crew to help us wrangle this next chapter. Whether you're looking to spearhead a new retail team, smash goals at our HQ, or help us scale to new heights, there’s never been a more exciting time to jump on board.
The boots are waiting. Are you ready to fill 'em?
Career Opportunities
Retail Management Roles
Saddle up Crew Ringers Western is expanding across the country & we are looking for Store & Assistant Managers who are ready to lead more than a store — they’re ready to lead an experience.
Our Stores ar'nt just another retail space. It’s the home of Ringers Western, the front door to our brand, and the place where customers, partners, and guests experience who we are for the very first time.
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic leader's to take the reins and create something truly special.
This is a high-energy environment where no two days are the same. One day you might be welcoming a family shopping for their first pair of boots, the next you could have a footy team walking through the doors, a photoshoot happening in-store, brand partners visiting, or even a few four-legged guests making an appearance.
This isn’t about simply managing a store — it’s about creating moments people remember.
Our Story
Born from the dust and determination of the Australian outback, Ringers Western started on a cattle station in the remote Kimberley region of WA — not in a boardroom.
Built on hard work, authenticity, and a genuine love for the country lifestyle, we’ve grown into one of Australia’s fastest-growing lifestyle brands, trusted by everyone from those working the land to those who simply love the lifestyle.
Our stores are more than places to shop. They are where our community connects, where stories are shared, and where our customers become part of the Ringers Western family.
Now we’re looking for a leader who can help bring that story to life every single day.
About The Role
As a member of the management team, you will be the face of Ringers Western.
You will lead the team, drive commercial success, and create an unforgettable customer experience that reflects everything our brand stands for.
You’ll own the energy of the store — setting the culture, creating the standard, and ensuring every customer, guest, and partner who walks through the doors feels the Ringers Western difference.
Your days will include:
- Leading and inspiring a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Creating a store environment that feels welcoming, authentic, and true to our country roots
- Being the ultimate brand ambassador and bringing our story to life through every interaction
- Driving sales performance, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes
- Building strong relationships with our community, customers, partners, and brand ambassadors
- Managing the day-to-day rhythm of a fast-paced flagship location
- Creating memorable experiences that turn customers into lifelong fans
About You
You’re not someone who just manages from behind a desk — you’re a leader who loves being on the floor, connecting with people, and creating energy.
You understand that great retail is about more than transactions. It’s about people, experiences, and building a community.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A Natural Leader
You inspire your team, set the standard, and create an environment where people are proud to show up and be part of something bigger.
A Customer Experience Champion
You understand how to create moments that make customers stop, engage, and remember your store.
A True Brand Ambassador
You genuinely connect with the Ringers Western lifestyle and can share our story in a way that feels authentic.
Commercially Driven
You know how to balance incredible experiences with strong business results, understanding the numbers behind a successful store.
Community Focused
You’re excited by building relationships and becoming a recognised part of the local community.
