Gift Card Terms & Conditions
To make sure you get the most out of your gift card, here is everything you need to know about how they work, both online and in our stores.
Where to Use Your Card
- Ultimate Flexibility: You can redeem your gift card online at www.ringerswestern.com or at any official Ringers Western retail store (excluding stockists & wholesale locations Rockhampton & Central Coast).
Keep the Change: You don't have to spend it all at once! If your purchase is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance stays on your card for next time. If your purchase goes over your balance, you can simply pay the difference using any of our other accepted payment methods.
The Fine Print
- Treat It Like Cash: Please look after your gift card. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or credited.
- What it Can't Buy: Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- Expiry Dates: Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to find the perfect gear. Be sure to use your balance before it expires, as we are unable to extend dates or refund unused balances after the expiry date.
- GST & Taxes: When you purchase a gift card, no GST is charged. Instead, the appropriate GST will be applied to the items you choose when you redeem your card.
Tip: Because our online store and physical shops share the same system, your gift card balance updates instantly. You can check your remaining balance at any time by asking our friendly in-store staff or reaching out to our online customer service team. Happy shopping!
