Love the jeans although they are too long ( I’m 165 cm - pretty average for an Australian 60 year old!) , but, after looking at buying them for some time I finally was convinced by the free belt offer I saw on Facebook and Instagram. I filled out all the appropriate sizes , colours etc but the belt did NOT arrive with the jeans. When I emailed a query I was told I likely didn’t complete the order properly… which I doubt very much - as I recall seeing it on the final page just prior to paying . So …. Very annoyed that :- 1. The advertised free belt didn’t arrive with the jeans and 2 after my email query I would have expected that my original order would have been honoured but it wasn’t. Instead I was made to feel that I had made the mistake. When I sent this email your free belt offer was still being advertised btw So Not happy Thinking that your free belt offer was, sadly, not legitimate Rosanne"
