During sales, please allow an extra 10 business days for dispatch. While we take care with packaging, if a domestic courier confirms your parcel is lost or damaged, we’ll assist where possible. However, without Express Shipping with Insurance, we cannot replace or refund the order —contact the courier directly for compensation in most cases.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty. Second returns require customer-paid shipping. Sale/promotional exchanges incur a $10 return fee. Pre-paid post bags are not accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Outside the 20-day window, returns are only accepted for faulty items under ACCC guidelines.
